1.1 If you wish to cancel an order: (i) you can notify us by email to info@bathandbodyworks.co.uk before we have dispatched or packed the goods to you. We will refund the sale value immediately and inform you of the refund completion; or (ii) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the goods remain unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that should the time between ordering and cancellation have resulted in dispatch, that the goods are returned sealed as sent by us. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by yourself

1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Where free delivery has been offered with the order then there will be a charge at the standard rate of delivery applied. The current pricing can be found on our delivery details page.

1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used or is unsaleable condition. In this instance the goods will be returned to you and carriage costs incurred for this process. The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
